Ilir Konomi – Managing Director – Albania

Ilir is in charge of day to day operations, visiting clients and covers all matters in regards to the company. Graduated in Faculty of Economics at University of Tirana, Albania on 2002. He has a lot managing experiences with foreign companies such as Brown & Root Services for which he worked 2 years in Kosovo, UPS in Albania, where he held the position of Head of Operations for 2 years.

Besides he has had banking experience, and also worked for a USAID (US Agency for International Development) project in Albania to support local entrepreneurs.

He has led different sizes of teams and has excelled into making his team successful in customer service; problem resolution and most importantly he build a culture of respect and accountability.

Languages:  fluently English and Italian with good understanding of Greek language.

Now as a Managing Director for Albania at Albania Property Group he has brought his experience to the team and is building the company network with the main goal to make it Number One Albania Property Agency in the country.

 Sam is Educated in the UK and Canada with a degree in International Business and Management. Sam is a highly skilled professional with experience in managing medium and large retail businesses in USA. He has a lot of experience in the banking and financial sector as he worked as an Executive Manager for National City Bank in USA. Our mission is to ensure you get the maximum value from your investment in Albania. Sam is in charge of International Markets and he offers the following to our investors:

Serious Preparation of investment – Complete organization and management of additional services required and in accordance with law regulations.
