It would be very unusual to find apartments being sold complete with furnishing. Albania Estate are already talking to our developers to offer as an alternative on projects in the future. The international investment market is still in its infancy and so nearly all developments are still sold primarily to the locals. The Albanians prefer to furnish themselves and so you can see where the complication lies. Furniture packages however, are available through Albania Estate and will cost from about 4,600 – 10,000 Euros, depending on grade and amount of bedrooms.

Air conditioning costs from 400 euros per unit but is sometimes included in the developer’s price. However, do expect the following to be included in your apartment; plumbing, electrics, sanitary ware / bathroom tiling, sockets, doors, double-glazing. It is also quite common for kitchen tiles to be included.
