Compensation of Albania Property Group:

The Annual Fee for Albania Property Group is – 500 Euros.
Fifty (50%) percent of the first full month’s rent as a fee for acquiring, screening, and renting the premises. A further ten (10%) percent of all rents collected, (min $50.00 per month), as a fee for managing the property; plus any repair expenses, may be deducted by Albania Investments from rents.
