I bought a two-bedroom holiday apartment from Saranda in November 2019. We first browsed through several alternative apartments with Ilir in Dürres and Arta in Saranda in October. They showed me options that all filled my criteria. I finally chose the apartment from a new building in Saranda because of the marvelous views towards the sea and the Corfu Island and the fact that the apartment was still unfinished – I could choose what kind of kitchen, bathroom, floor tiles and furniture I want to have. Arta is a professional realtor and a really nice person you can trust on. She helped me with everything throughout the process and took care of all the needed paperwork. She even came with me to the tile shop to choose the perfect tiles to my bathroom. Albanian property Goup has their own interior designer and carpenter who helped in putting the final touches to the apartment. The apartment turned out great and I just love visiting my beautiful second home in Albania. When I’m not there myself Arta takes care of renting the apartment to tourists visiting Albania as well as coordinating the cleaning and all other needed maintenance issues.
