Is looking for a real estate manager for the region of Vlore.
Area of coverage: Vlore city, Radhima beach, Orikum.
Responsibilities:
- Doing the first inspection of potential properties to be recruited in the area.
- Recruiting of new properties for sale and rent in the area.
- Maintaining of existing portfolio of the properties in the area.
- Providing the property tour to potential clients of the company.
- Following communication with the leads provided by central office.
Skills required for pre-qualification:
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian languages.
- Very good communication skills.
- Prior experience in real estate or construction industry.
Salary:
- Fixed monthly salary.
- Bonus on sales and rentals.
