Is looking for a real estate manager for the region of Vlore. 

Area of coverage: Vlore city, Radhima beach, Orikum.

Responsibilities:

  • Doing the first inspection of potential properties to be recruited in the area.
  • Recruiting of new properties for sale and rent in the area.
  • Maintaining of existing portfolio of the properties in the area.
  • Providing the property tour to potential clients of the company.
  • Following communication with the leads provided by central office.


Skills required for pre-qualification:

  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian languages.
  • Very good communication skills. 
  • Prior experience in real estate or construction industry. 

Salary:

  • Fixed monthly salary.
  • Bonus on sales and rentals.
