These may include your name, email, telephone number, message, property reference, requested dates, guest count and property information. We also process limited technical data such as IP address, session identifiers, security tokens, language and submission time to operate and protect the website.

• To answer an enquiry or take steps requested by you before a property transaction or booking.
• To manage bookings, viewings, valuations and property-service requests.
• To send marketing only where you have actively requested it; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• To prevent abuse, secure the website and comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases are your request or contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, consent for optional marketing, and legal obligations where applicable.

Some providers may process data outside Albania or the EEA under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

4. Retention and security

We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. Unconfirmed booking requests and spam may be removed sooner; records connected to a completed service may be retained for the legally required period. Marketing details are kept until consent is withdrawn or they are no longer needed.

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service is risk-free, and users should avoid sending passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive information through a general enquiry form.

5. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

6. External services and minors

The site may connect to Google Fonts, unpkg, OpenStreetMap, YouTube and social networks. Those providers process requests under their own notices. The service is not directed to children, and minors should use it only with a parent or guardian.
