    Het was een genoegen om me Ilir te werken. Een geweldige service en uitstekende communicatie. Zijn team stond ter alle tijde klaar om te helpen. Hun kennis van de locale regels en hun praktische evenaring in Albanië waren geruststellend voor iemand die daar niet gebaseerd is. Mij appartement was gericht geadverteerd met een stell mooie photos en het duurde dus ook niet lang om een koper te vinden. I verheug me erop om in de toekomst weer met Ilir en zijn team samen te werken om een paar veel belovende investering mogelijkheden in een vakantie huis op te volgen ......................................................... It was a pleasure working with Ilir! Excellent service and great communication throughout. The team was always willing to help and went over and above to deliver! Their knowledge on the local processes and systems gave me a lot of comfort especially due to the fact I am not based in Albania. Their photos and advert for the property was done really well. I am looking forward to working with Ilir and the team again as during my time in Albania they showed me some great properties and investment opportunities.

    Bardzo polecamy firmę Albania Propery Group. Właściciel firmy pomógł nam dosłownie we wszystkim. Zorganizował pokaz wielu apartamentów począwszy od Hamallai, Dures, Vlora i na końcu Saranda. Gdy już zdecydowaliśmy się na nasze wymarzone mieszkanie w Valamar, zapewnił pełną obsługę prawną, wyposażył zgodnie z naszymi sugestiami, a gdy nas nie bedzie w Albanii zajmie się najmem tak byśmy nie musieli sie o nic martwić. Najważniejszą kwestią jest jednak uczciwość właściciela Ilira. Dziękujemy ! Ela i Michał

    Ilir Konomi og Arta Shahu i Albania Propertygroup var virkelig flott å forholde seg til når jeg kjøpte min leilighet i Saranda. På visningen første gang ble jeg møtt av Peter Näslund, den lokale skandinaviske representanten. Virkelig flott mann som lett fant ut hva jeg ønsket meg. Arta og Peter kjørte meg rundt slik at jeg fikk sett på flere alternativer, slik at jeg skulle få det jeg ønsket meg. Etter det så gikk alt fort og smertefritt. Underveis så ble jeg jevnlig oppdatert med bilder og informasjon om fremdriften. Om det var forandringer jeg ønsket underveis så var det ingen problem. Nå er leiligheten snart ferdig og det blir skikkelig spennende å få sett hvordan det er blitt. Jeg kan anbefale Albania Propertygroup på det varmeste. Proffe personer som ønsker at kundene skal få det de ønsker seg. Dere kan gjerne kontakte meg om det skulle være noe dere lurer på angående kjøp av leilighet i Albania.
