    Katselin noin vuoden ajan vapaa-ajan asuntojen markkinaa eri puolilta Välimerta, ja huomattuani Albanian Sarandan alueen helpon lentoyhteyden Korfun kentän kautta, aloin perehtyä tähän alueeseen tarkemmin. Vain puolen tunnin lauttamatkan päässä Korfun lentokentältä on Sarandan pieni kaupunki ystävällisine ihmiseen, hyvine ja edullisine kala –ja äyriäisruokineen ja kristallin kirkkain rannoin. Kun noin 1000 euron neliöhintaan tarjolla on uudehkoja varusteluja asuntoja avoimin merinäköaloin, on helppo uskoa positiiviseen hintakehitykseen myös tulevaisuudessa. Syksyllä 2019 menin sitten ensimmäistä kertaa paikan päälle, ja Albanian Property Groupin Arta esitteli ennakkoon verkosta valitsemani asunnot. Sopiva kohde löytyi tällä kolmen päivän retkellä, ja koko ostobyrokratia hoitui sujuvasti ja luotettavasti Artan ja Skandinavian markkinaa avustavan Peterin kanssa, palvelua saa siis sekä ruotksiksi että englanniksi.     Albanią zainteresowaliśmy się w 2019 r. Postanowiliśmy kupić apartament, a nawet dwa w Sarandzie. W tym celu w lipcu 2019 roku skontaktowaliśmy się z Albania Property Group.
