  1. full NAME and SURNAME

  2. the listing code of the specific Property for Rent In Albania

  3. short introduction of yourself and your employment

  4. are you looking for a short or long term lease?

  5. are you a smoker or not?

  6. do you have pets?

Important Points for Renting in Albania

  1. Lease Contract (Kontrata e Qirasë): For contracts longer than one year, a written and notarized contract is required by law. For shorter terms, it is not required to have a notarized contract. 

  2. Documents which you should be ready to provide:

    • Valid ID/Passport.

    • Proof of Income/Employment (e.g., employment contract, bank statements).

    • Protional/previous landlords references to support the application (if available).

  3. Deposit: Expect to pay a security deposit, typically equal to two or three months' rent, in addition to the first month's rent.
