- 21 April 2012 We made our first visit to Albania last October, after some friends telling us about this beautiful country with its very friendly people. They also recommended Albania Property Group, in case we would consider to buy property in Albania. Everything we were told was true, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. From the moment we landed in Tirana we felt safe and good taken care of. Ilir and Ila helped us with everything: booking of hotels, car rental, maps and so on. We drove down to Vlora and met Eno who spent a lot of time with us and gave us all the help and information we could wish for. In Saranda we were met by Dori, also very friendly and service minded. After some serious thinking we finally came to a conclusion. In July we move into our new apartment in Saranda. Ilir has been following us through the entire process in a wonderful way. We also want to thank Oltjan, our lawyer in Tirana, and Ila for her patience and good advice with furnishing, appliances, choosing colors, etc. We are ever so grateful and can’t wait to see you and Albania again this summer! - 20 April 2012 I bought 2 properties in Albania from Albania Property Group in 2010 – 2011. Both apartments are of very high quality, all the administration from the company on my behalf was second to none. Money down payments, to invoices, pictures, updated information on how my apartments were developing during the months they were built. I would like to thank Ilir Konomi, Sam Dardha, Ila, Eneida, Eno, Dori and all the other staff working together as a fantastic team. One of my apartments I bought , it was my second apartment, I purchased it from the company as a client, they dealt with all the small details and also gave me a fantastic service of furnishing it for me, while I was in the UK all I had to do was come to Albania and move in. I was very impressed with their service, and I will be purchasing more apartments in Albania from them in the foreseeable future.Jarrod O Neill
- 17 April 2012 Esperienza entusiasmante!!! A luglio 2011 partimmo alla volta di Saranda prima esperienza in Albania dopo aver contattato Ila dell'agenzia. Gentilissima ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande. Arrivati a Saranda e dopo esserci recati all'agenzia, Dori ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Tutte le informazioni sono state preziosissime. La miglior vacanza passata insieme alla mia famiglia. Consiglio vivamente. Se non fossero aumentati così i prezzi dei traghetti saremmo ritornati.
