Jeg kontaktet Albania Property Group i 2008 for mulig kjøp av leilighet i Durres, Albania. Ilir organiserte flere visninger på ulike leiligheter i følge de kriteriene og ønskene vi hadde. Etter kjøpet av en ny leilighet, som da var under bygging, tok Ilir seg av all kommunikasjon med med byggekontraktør og lokale subkontraktører, offisiell registrering av leiligheten i mitt navn samt ta seg av mange praktiske saker og kontakter med lokale leverandører (gulvflising, kjøkken, bad etc). Da leiligheten var helt ferdig, fant Ilir leiletakere og har hatt ansvaret for utleie siden. Fra det som er nevnt over kan jeg anbefale Albania Property Group tjenester på alle områder jeg selv har hatt erfaring med dem. Ilir har vist seg å være en dyktig, ærlig og kunnskapsrik partner.
