Albania Property Group hat den Kauf meiner wunderschönen Immobilie mit Meerblick in Saranda hervorragend betreut. Arta, die die Filiale dort leitet, war stets professionell, freundlich und hilfreich. Sie hat die Besichtigung einer Reihe von Objekten organisiert, die alle meinen Vorstellungen und auch meinem Budget entsprachen. Alle meine Fragen hat sie geduldig beantwortet. Abgesehen von zwei Besuchen in Saranda haben wir per mail und whatsapp kommuniziert, in englischer Sprache. Alles ist sehr glatt gelaufen, sowohl was das Vertragliche betraf, als auch Details wie funktionierendes W-Lan pünktlich zur Übernahme. Auch nach Abschluß der Kaufverhandlungen hat Arta mich unterstützt bei Hausrat- und Haftpflichtversicherung. Vieles in Albanien funktioniert anders als in Deutschland. Sie hat mir die Besonderheiten und Eigenheiten des hiesigen Marktes hervorragend erläutert und am Ende hat alles funktioniert wie geplant. Ich würde die Albania Property Group jedem vorbehaltlos empfehlen, der in Albanien eine Immobilie erwerben möchte. Arta, who runs the Saranda office, was professional, friendly and helpful the whole time. She organised the viewings of a range of properties that were within my budget and fitted my requirements. She was always patient when I had questions. Aside from my two visits to Saranda, a lot of our communication between Germany and Albania was carried out, in English, via Whatsapp or email. It all ran smoothly, from the actual signing of the purchase contract, to the smaller details of making sure there was Wifi in the apartment when I made my first official visit as owner! Once the purchase was completed Arta also helped me with finding the insurance packages that met my needs, even accompanying me to the insurance office to help with communications where needed. Albania’s property market operates somewhat differently from what we might expect from a Northern European perspective. Arta went out of her way to explain things to me, and set out the roadmap for how and when I could expect things to happen. It all went according to plan. I would totally recommend Albania Property Group to anyone thinking of buying property in Albania. Thank you, Arta!

Après avoir découvert un peu par hasard ce magnifique pays qu’est l’Albanie, j’ai commencé à étudier le marché immobilier côtier. J’ai immédiatement trouvé le contact d’APG via M. Ilir Konomi, agence immobilière initialement implantée à Tirana, qui semblait avoir Pignon sur rue en Albanie. Après quelques mois d’échanges, nous nous sommes rencontrés à Durrës. Nous y avons visité seulement des biens de qualité à des prix intéressants qui correspondaient totalement à mes attentes. Pendant ces mois de recherche, j’ai pu rencontrer d’autres agences, d’autres professionnels de l’immobilier entre Durrës et Saranda. Et je me suis rapidement rendue à l’évidence : si vous voulez acheter en Albanie, il faut le faire sereinement et sérieusement. M. Ilir Konomi, outre son anglais parfait, sa ponctualité et sa présentation toujours impeccable, est LE professionnel incontournable ! Après avoir parcouru toute l’Albanie à la recherche du bien de mes rêves (et malgré un contexte sanitaire plus que difficile), c’est évidemment avec M. Ilir Konomi que j ai choisi de travailler. Je suis aujourd’hui l’heureuse propriétaire d’un appartement à Durrës. L’agence APG reste en charge de la gestion locative. APG vous accompagne à chaque étape dans vos démarches et facilite votre accession à la propriété en Albanie de manière sécurisée (titres de propriété). M. Konomi est également bien entouré et peut vous mettre en relation avec des professionnels sérieux et compétents (ingénieurs bâtiments, travaux etc). Via son intermédiaire, j’ai fait réaliser des travaux et j’en suis ravie ! Agence sérieuse, efficace et professionnelle selon nos standards européens. M. Ilir Konomi est sans aucun doute LA personne qu’il vous faut si vous souhaitez investir en Albanie.

Het was een genoegen om me Ilir te werken. Een geweldige service en uitstekende communicatie. Zijn team stond ter alle tijde klaar om te helpen. Hun kennis van de locale regels en hun praktische evenaring in Albanië waren geruststellend voor iemand die daar niet gebaseerd is. Mij appartement was gericht geadverteerd met een stell mooie photos en het duurde dus ook niet lang om een koper te vinden. I verheug me erop om in de toekomst weer met Ilir en zijn team samen te werken om een paar veel belovende investering mogelijkheden in een vakantie huis op te volgen ......................................................... It was a pleasure working with Ilir! Excellent service and great communication throughout. The team was always willing to help and went over and above to deliver! Their knowledge on the local processes and systems gave me a lot of comfort especially due to the fact I am not based in Albania. Their photos and advert for the property was done really well.
