Me and my wife Marianna paid our first visit to Saranda in August 2021.We had a plan to buy an apartment there, in the city of amazing panorama. We visited two real estate agencies, but but none of them proved their commitment and good customer handling. We were about to give up the property project when as a last try we turned to the APG agency. Arta, the local Manager could show us the dream apartment- having full sea view. Arta processed the whole purchase process , represented us where it was needed without our presence. She, her husband Eri and Illir Konomi (the owner of APG) organized buying the appliances, made the furnitures manufacture. All in all, we got a full service from APG. We are really happy and lucky to have met them. Contact these excellent people if you want to have a property in Saranda/Albania too.

I bought a two-bedroom holiday apartment from Saranda in November 2019. We first browsed through several alternative apartments with Ilir in Dürres and Arta in Saranda in October. They showed me options that all filled my criteria. I finally chose the apartment from a new building in Saranda because of the marvelous views towards the sea and the Corfu Island and the fact that the apartment was still unfinished – I could choose what kind of kitchen, bathroom, floor tiles and furniture I want to have. Arta is a professional realtor and a really nice person you can trust on. She helped me with everything throughout the process and took care of all the needed paperwork. She even came with me to the tile shop to choose the perfect tiles to my bathroom. Albanian property Goup has their own interior designer and carpenter who helped in putting the final touches to the apartment. The apartment turned out great and I just love visiting my beautiful second home in Albania. When I’m not there myself Arta takes care of renting the apartment to tourists visiting Albania as well as coordinating the cleaning and all other needed maintenance issues. I can warmly recommend Albanian Property Group to anyone considering buying an apartment in Albania.

När pensionstiden började närma sig för mig, beslöt min fru och jag att vi köper en lägenhet i de sydligare delarna av Europa. Min fru, Jaana, arbetar med internationell PR och vi ville ha ett ställe dit man bekvämt kunde göra en avstickare när hon är på sina arbetsresor. Vi funderade länge på Portugal, där vi hade vänner från tidigare. Efter att ha läst en artikel om Saranda i Albanien i Helsingin Sanomat, beslöt vi att åka dit och se oss omkring i en vecka. Det var i början av april 2019. Vi blev genast förtjust i den lilla staden, de trevliga människorna och den goda och billiga maten. Sista kvällen i Saranda, beslöt vi i solnedgången över en skål, att det här är vår stad. Vi hade hittat det vi sökt. Efter resan tog vi kontakt med Arta på Albanian Property Group, berättade hurudan budget vi hade och vad vi önskade. I slutet av maj åkte vi direkt från Cannes Film Festival till Saranda och Arta körde oss under den kommande veckan omkring till 10 utvalda lägenheter. Ganska snart hittade vi vad vi sökte: modernt, centralt, nära badstranden och lätt tillgängligt. Själva köpet var sedan väldigt enkelt. Ungefär som att köpa en lägenhet i Finland. Arta fixade allt det byråkratiska och tog oss till en notarie där vi fick underteckna en del papper. Hon registrerade också lägenheten i min frus namn hos kommunen. Köpesumman betalade vi via vår internetbank, på samma sätt som vi betalar räkningar hemma. Vi är verkligen nöjda med vår lägenhet, som ligger nästan mitt i centrum. Samarbetet med Arta har fortsatt på så vis att hon fixar hyresgäster åt oss, när vi själva inte är där.
